Metromojo.com is the central ownership of the mojo city and special interests web sites. Examples being Nashvillemojo.com, tattoomojo.com, atlantamojo.com, louisvillemojo.com ect, ect,..
The franchise operating in Louisville Kentucky known as louisvillemojo.com has been neglectful in regards of the numerous reports of cyberstalking and harassment of its members and former members both on and off the internet.
Certain members of the web site are allowed to break membership policies and harass others on the internet by way of stalking other members on the site and they are not reprimanded or removed from site membership so long as they pay a $7.00 a month membership fee for inner-circle membership.
Those who are members of the site who do not have this inner-circle membership are not granted the same rights in reporting cyberstalking or being protected from libel or harassment from these inner-circle members.
Several current and former users of Louisvillemojo.com have been harassed by not only these cyberstalkers but the administrators of the site itself.
Most who have reported abuse and cyberstalking to the sites administrators or local authorities have been ejected from membership on the web site or further harassed and threatened by its administrators for making any such effort to speak in protest of the sites mistreatment of these non-paying members.
If Louisvillemojo did not charge anyone for he usage of its network, it would not legally matter if they neglected to respect these rights or wishes of their users but because THEY DO charge for an elevated class of membership that allows paying members to be exempt from the standards and practices defined by their own membership pollicis as well as those of real world law, this is an unfair and illicit business practice.
This petition includes the names of all those who oppose this form of unfair business practice as it is illicit and an abuse of civil rights on the part of those members who have been mistreated simply for not paying the web site money as it is not a prerequisite of the sites membership policy or a moral practice in general.
We demand the following:
-That Metromojo.com take control and mandate better conduct among its franchises.
-That the Administrator of Louisvillemojo known as David1 permanently resign from his involvement and employment with the metromojo.com and louisvillemojo.com companies and be replaced by a more responsible party.
-That the metromojo company respect the process of law and a practice of ethics pertaining to requests for information via due process when dealing with any and all individuals who have committed acts of cyberstalking, threatening or otherwise criminal harassment against other members of the web site weather they are paying members or not.
