End Affirmative Action at Harvard

We urge Harvard to end all affirmative action and diversity efforts. These programs propagate discrimination and create resentment between groups.

Harvard's recent initiative discriminates against men. The task forces recommend new committees for the initiative that should be diverse (include women and minorities) and who are sensitive to the concerns of women and minority faculty members. Meanwhile, the Task Force on Women Faculty is nearly 90\% women and the Task Force on Women in Science and Engineering is nearly 80\% women. Their recommendations only include support for women and minorities. This sends a clear message to men at Harvard and elsewhere: your views, experiences, and contributions don't matter.

Stop alienating men everywhere, particularly young men who may have a future at Harvard.
