Fans of Scottish Football Proposal for Consideration by the SFA

We, as ultimately the heart and soul of Scottish Football, propose a re-structuring of Scottish Football and relinquish the SPL (Scottish Premier League).
The following petition is a symbol of what the fans agree to and want for the love of the game. We propose the following:
A 16+ Team Top Flight Division
- Incorporating relegation every season (with less strict rulings)
A 16+ Team Lower (1st) Division
- Incorporating promotion and a playoff system involving 4 clubs (with less strict rulings)
- Incorporating relegation every season (with less strict rulings)
A 16+ Team Lower (2nd) Division
- Incorporating promotion and a playoff system involving 4 clubs (with less strict rulings
- Incorporating the elite Junior/Highland League Clubs, many of which have links with clubs within their local communities, which in turn would promote grass roots football.
A clear pyramid system to ensure that the whole of Scottish football right throughout the various leagues have a vested interest in it being successful.
Although there are many considerations and talking points, we wish to be taken seriously. Our game is slowly but surely being destroyed and feel that this is on of many ways forward.
