Fix the issues with the apes in the food court

The blacks on our campus constantly want to act like fools in the food court and disrupt everything. It is getting old how white girls can not walk by a group of black guys without getting some stupid comment from the Ebonics vocabulary. There should be rules set for the food court or a separate area for the blacks to eat because they will not allow others to eat in piece.
