Flag Offensive Yahoo Hearts Participants

We, the undersigned concerned for maintaining the entertaining spirit of Yahoo Games, would support augmenting the Hearts! at Yahoo Games interface with a feature that would allow participants at a Hearts! game table to vote to flag 1-2 participants at the table for stalling or agressive, offensive language. The Hearts! table user interace would need to be modified so a player can select a button to Flag another participant. When at least 2 players at a table have flagged another participant, the flagged participant's Player Information's would display an incremented counter for the number of tables where that participant has been flagged.
