This petition is to urge the OSPCA (Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals ) to return Lyla, a four-month-old female Husky to her rightful, legal owner, from which they took from him illegally, and did so in violation of the OSPCA Act 13(1)(a) and (b), 13(2), 14(a) and 14(b).
There was no case of physical abuse or mental distress, therefore there was no reason under the OSPCA Act to remove the animals, but they removed them anyway and so in violation of their own act.
This petition is also to oppose the killing of the owner's blind and epileptic German Shepherd Dog, who was also illigally siezed from him, for her "protection."
Two dogs taken from an owner who loved them, and cared for them well. Let the OSPCA know how you feel about this. Let your voice be heard.
