We, the undersigned, petition the removal of Phil Butta from oversight of all hockey programs in the Town of Groton and for the Groton Parks and Recreation Department. Phil Butta has mismanaged hockey programs under his supervision which has led to the demise of the Adult Roller Hockey programs, unstable Youth Roller Hockey programs, and poorly managed Floor Hockey programs. Furthermore, we, the undersigned, petition the Groton Parks and Recreation Department to make full efforts to restore all hockey programs for the benefit of all who have participated in the past, present, and future.
