From the President 2nd termвs inaugural speech, President Bush has stretched the dignity of FREEDOM and LIBERTY: вIn a world moving toward liberty, we are determined to show the meaning and promise of liberty ... we are ready for the greatest achievements in the history of freedomв.
In the spirit of not just promoting freedom and liberty but to fulfill the obligation, the legislation H.R 972 - Trafficking Victimsв Protection Reauthorization Act has passed the House of Representatives by and historically overwhelming vote 426-0.
Unfortunately, for the second time in less than a week, some individuals are holding a non-controversial bill hostage. Sen. Joe Biden, D-Del., is preventing a vote on the trafficking bill by attempting to amend it with pro-abortion language.
A human life is more valuable than the laws of man. We, who have enjoyed freedoms and have rights bestowed upon us by our Creator and is honored and respected by us as a world of idealism, have an obligation when an opportunity presents itself to us and especially to you as a senator, to make sure that others should have those same freedoms and rights because they emanate from God, not from Man's laws.
Motivated solely by respect for human rights, I appeal to you to intervene personally in this case to sponsor the mentioned bill and demand to release the bill for senate vote. The minutes this bill becomes law, hundred of thousands of innocent, especially disadvantaged women and children will be saved. So please reach out your helping hand while you can.
