Hats allowed in schools

Dear fellow viewers,
This petition was made to allow hat wearing in schools all across our nation. Just recently, I had my hat unfairly taken from my head.To me, that is an invasion of privacy.I believe that we,the students, who live in a free country should have the right to wear certain garments upon our head in public schools. The best reason that I got from a teacher on why we can't wear hats is because it's disrespectful. What are we disrespecting? I have enough respect to at least take my hat out of my pocket and put it over my heart while saying the pledge of allegence when in the building. Some may say that it's covering your eyes and your not paying attention. Some aren't, but they are the ones getting bad grades anyway. so I ask of you, good public, to sign my petition no erase "no hats allowed indoors", or anything of that nature from our student handbooks at least in Hillsborough county in Florida, but hopefully in the rest of the nation if this petition grows large enough.
