I have nothing against motorcycle riders, I am one myself. I disagree with the idea of making it a choice for them to wear a helmet or not. Not only is this a bad idea, but it is also unfair to the car drivers who must wear seat belts. In my opinion, if the law is changed for the bikers and not the car drivers, this is being biased and discriminatory toward the people who own cars and also against our constitutional rights as citizens.

Helmets save lives just like seatbelts do.It is unsafe to ride a motorcycle without a helmet and should be law to wear one,not a choice!!
