IAH Customer Satisfaction

We all know that for the past 1 year, IAH has mostly been very incompetent in managing our beloved version of Granado Espada. They don't listen to our requests and suggestions, they ignore them, they just don't care. Very little improvements have been made throughout the year, botters who are caught multiple times aren't given equal penalties, they are instead released after doing some sort of a "punishment quest", compounding to that, old players are leaving, and there are little to no influx of new ones, various complaints and dissatisfaction threads pop up in the forums almost on a weekly basis and yet none of them are replied by GMs or IAH official staff. We as PAYING customers have the right to voice out, so now this is your chance to do so, sign the petition and make sure to add your own comments on what you think of IAH and let's pray that they would take notice of it.
