Internet Protection Tests

The Internet is a dangerous place - full of hackers, stalkers, pedophiles, Jews, and identity thieves. This is why we propose that this Information Superhighway, full of so much promise and beauty, be given to the people of the world as a PRIVILEGE, not a RIGHT.

Let's face it - having a free Internet is a disaster in motion. When anybody can stride onto an Internet web page and start hacking users, you know it's time for reform! When a dangerous minority can walk into a library and start downloading pornography and other Internet Files, and even post on a Bulletin Board (or BBS Forum), telling children where to find these Files, you know it's time for reform! That is why we, the Undersigned, propose that a radical change be made. The Internet should not be a free, open tool, ready for the eager claws of hackers who might hack children - it should be a regulated and patrolled resource, with every Internet Service Provider also acting as Internet Service Police! Every thousand Megabytes, Internet users should be given a simple test to judge whether they are the proper material to use our Web - possibly a portion of an IQ test, maybe a little literacy exam, maybe a DNA sample could be taken. As long as something is done!

In summary, we the Undersigned propose that every ISP in the United States of America provide 1000-Megabyte (1 Gigabyte) tests on every Internet user, to better filter the responsible, upstanding citizens of the Metaverse from the inhuman trash.
