With all due respect to you and Apple Computer, Inc., I am sorely disappointed with your most popular product, the Apple iPod.
I feel as if it's perceived value is WAY overly-inflated as the use of poorly spec'd hardware, sub-standard materials and terrible construction has added up to making the Apple iPod the worst quality "must have" consumer good...an over-priced disposable play-thing that only has an generally expected service life of two years...and a failure rate that is seemingly higher than the published 13.7 percent.
I have had several issues with my iPod and I would like to have these issue addressed and/or resolved.
