30 years ago we wanted a change.a change from pain..torturesufferingcorruption.death.
We brought them upwe helped them grow.we made the color of BLOOD the color of revolution.the color of governancethe color of hope for the have-nots.THEY had a dream..we believed that they dreamt about us.
Fast forward 30 years.a generation later.as in a small village in South Bengal people died.the police remained mute spectators.helping the victors than the victims.14th of March, 2007.the RED army killed the people it was supposed to love.it was supposed to help.
Cut to November 10th,2007.same scene.and as people died.a certain RED leader was busy enhancing his cultural credentials.just like Nero, who fiddled while Rome burnt.
Is this what we had in mind when we let them sit in the seat of power 30 years back? We all know what memories can bring.they bring diamonds and rust.
What memories of them shall we have? They were nice killers? They knew how to put an end to all opposition? They made the color of the have-nots the color of blood once again?
Lets SPEAK out.lets hate them.lets show them where they belong.rise.protest.pray for those unfortunate souls who lost their lives in the feeding frenzy of the RED wolves.PROTEST against the modern day Nero.MAKE A STAND.believe that YOU and WE can make a difference.
