This petition is approach the Justice Secretary to present our signatures to parliament with the aim to change the law to bring back Capital Punishment for convicted child killers & paedophiles.
WE should not stop until it becomes LAW... As until that day there is no deterrent our Children & Grandchildren will never be safe we ALL need to do something in Tia's memory and make this country take responsibility for people that abuse and take innocent lives.
