We the undersigned hereby state that the customer service we receive from Knight Online Customer Support really needs a lot of help.
They show no business ettiquet and they will not help anyone unless they give them hundreds or thousands of dollars.
They also show favortism on who they (customer support) roll back their accounts for those who are unfortunately hacked or have had items stolen from them,then they quote the terms of use in which they more less make them up as they go.
The customer support also show many different flaws such as unbusinesslike manner,favortism,tell you false information,and they like to lie about their so called terms of service and terms of use.They do not abide by their own TOS or their FAQ.
We the undersigned also state that customer service should take into consideration the people they are actually helping.They help the ones who indulge in third party tools and duping and also other forms of scamming so in reality K2 netowrks Knight Online customer support is in support of CHEATING.
Also The Rules in the Official Forums are more less that of a dictatorship.You cannot openly state the problems with K2 or Knight Online which is againt the first amendment rights of the United Staes Constitution.This should not be allowed.
So Therefor we the undersigned want K2 Networks and the Knight Online Customer Support team to revise their rules and regulations to abide by the constitution set for by a free country and not a communist country.Not to mention their false advertising of free to play.

bad customer support, no support at all, no rollbacks, hardly any hack compensation need better CS reps and K2 needs to make alot of changes to support cuz right now they are just screwing everyone
