Launch ETC Punjabi on Tata Sky Satellite Television

Lakhs of Sikhs all over India have subscribed to Tata Sky Digital Satellite Television who are dismayed over the dropping of ETC Punjabi. The move comes after the Telecom Dispute Settlement Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) gave a judgment on March 31 allowing Tata Sky to retain only 19 of the 32 channels being offered by Zee. Tata Sky had the choice to choose the 19 channels. It dropped ETC Punjabi and that is of serious concern to the Sikhs.
ETC Punjabi has become a part of almost every Sikh household. Sikhs all over the nation enjoy watching Live Kirtan from Harmandir Sahib, Amritsar. It has become an indispensible TV Channel for Sikhs. It connects them to the holiest of their shrines, the Golden Temple. ETC Punjabi is being offered by Dish TV Satellite Televison and is being preferred by a large number of Sikhs.
The Sikh Community urges Tata Sky Digital Satellite Television to launch the channel immediately to pacify and please it's Sikh customers and that the move will help them become more popular in Northern India.
