In an effort to highlight the positives of using OC Transpo to get around Ottawa, we discovered Yves Roy - The Singing Bus Driver! Many of our KISS FM listeners sent in video of Yves entertaining his riders on their way into work. Yves has been driving - and singing for OC Transpo for 11 years.
We've since learned that because of 12 measly complaints Yves has been silenced! His bosses have told him to just stick to driving.
12 Complaints. But how many letters of appreciation?! Honestly, probably not many. Only because those who complain are loudest.
