Liberdade de Opiniгo em Santa Catarina - Contra criminalizaзгo dos movimentos sociais

Nуs, abaixo-assinados, repudiamos a criminalizaзгo sofrida por Andrй Moura Ferro e Leo Vinicius com base na Lei de Imprensa (Lei 5250/67), instrumento da ditadura militar para cercear a opiniгo e a informaзгo. Entendemos que o Tribunal de Justiзa de Santa Catarina atenta contra os princнpios democrбticos ao utilizar tal instrumento contra a livre opiniгo e informaзгo, e ao se colocar ao mesmo tempo como vнtima e como juiz nesse processo.
Pelo acima exposto, pedimos que o processo por Crime de Imprensa, baseado na alegaзгo de que os artigos de Andrй Moura Ferro e Leo Vinicius sobre a suspensгo da Lei do Passe Livre ferem a "honra do Estado", seja imediatamente arquivado.

We, undersigned, repel the criminal charges against Andrй Moura Ferro e Leo Vinicius based on the Press Bill (5250/67 Bill), an instrument used by the brazilian military dictatorship to restrict opinion and information. The Santa Catarina Court of Justice attempts against the democratic principles using such instrument against the free opinion and information, and by putting itself simultaneously as victim and judge in this lawsuit.
Due to the above, we ask for the lawsuit for Press Crime, which is based on the allegation that the articles written by Andrй Moura Ferro and Leo Vinicius about the suspension of the Passe Livre Law injures the honor of the State, being immediately withdrawn.
