Phantasy Star Online is a great game. The best feature in the game is network mode. But, SEGA is charging people to play it on top of Xbox Live charges. It's not worth paying extra. So, I have a solution. SEGA can make Phantasy Star a F2P (free to play) online RPG. But, in order for SEGA to make money for their server, they can make a Basic and Premium type. Basic players will get limited features such as less items, less planets, less missions etc.
Premium players will have access to the whole game for a small monthly fee.
SEGA can also sell certain in-game items for real cash. I understand that SEGA needs to pay for their servers so either use the Microsoft servers or use my solution.
