Maxwell Should Be Punished

I wish to register my utmost disgust that Big Brother have not publicly punished Maxwell for putting a scab from his foot into Science's food, with the result that Science actually ate the food.
It has been shown that Max was subsequently called into the Diary Room to answer questions on this matter, but (it is assumed) must have given a reasonable explanation as he was seen afterwards telling Craig and Saskia about what the Diary Room had asked, and all three fell about with laughter.
Irrespective of whether or not Big Brother believe Maxwell's explanation, the fact remains that we, the viewers, do not remain convinced. At the very least Maxwell should receive some withdrawal of privileges if he is 'innocent' simply for 'testing the waters' as to how his cohorts would react SHOULD he do such a thing and immediate expulsion from the Big Brother house if he is guilty.
It cannot have escaped your notice that viewers are switching off their television sets in droves because of the blatant favouritism Max and his cronies have been shown since the beginning of this series. It will only become worse if Maxwell is seen to escape punishment once more.
Should you have any doubt as to the strength of people's feelings on this matter, please look at the AOL BB6 message board and read just a few of the many hundreds of posts that have the name 'Max' contained in the Subject Heading.
