1) Microsoft needs to apologize for the error
2) Microsoft needs to either give money back or
3) Replace/Fix every faulty Xbox and/or game.
We do understand that this would be very costly for Microsoft, but one must understand that it is illegal to put a faulty product on the market. Many companies produce recalls when their products do not function properly. The undersigned have all had problems and most have reported them to Microsoft. With such a wide-range of games committing the errors, we believe that in most cases, it is purely the problem of the Xbox. Many that have reported the games have all received the answer that it is not the Xboxs problem. We the undersigned believe this is a direct lie to our faces. With such a numerous amount of negative responses to this issue, we believe this to be a slap in the face of every consumer. We believe as consumers, who have paid approximately two hundred dollars for each system, that we deserve better. When a large amount of signatures has been collected, this petition will be sent directly to Microsoft's Xbox division in email and hard print format. We hope that Microsoft realizes that the undersigned could easily take this issue to court but would like it to be settled publicly and as soon as possible. The petitioners below have provided their names along with the names of the games they have had problems with.
