Dear Al Schmidt (Head Track Coach), Dr. John Lee (President), Larry Templeton and all decision makers at Mississippi St,
We believe that Steve Mullings should not be allowed to compete for Mississippi St. in track and field while under a drug suspension by the Jamaica Amateur Athletic Association or the IAAF.
Allowing a drug cheat to represent your school sends the wrong message and is inexcusable. Please do the right thing and pull him from the 2005 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships so that someone who plays by the rules will be allowed to compete.
