It is understood that there is a petition that has already been started, but there needs to be a few things cleaned up so it's more concise. The Mount Union College charges us an extre $250 technology fee a year to pay for this network. So far it has been shown that the network has been less efficient this year. It is apparent that all of the students are wanting to download music and have more open ports. If this petition is approved, the school must supply the student with a consent form stating that if the student is caught by the RIAA he/she accepts full responsibility and Mount Union College is free from any and all responsibility from the event. This petition is also to attempt to get access to open up X-Box Live, Playstation 2 online, and other online gaming.
