Move the Caloundra Dump

Since moving into the Little Mountain area 6 years ago, the Caloundra Dump has become more and more odorous, to the point that open windows and doors need to be closed and stepping outside is unpleasant and nauseating.
With the proposal to increase the population of Calounda, extend the Kawana Way link road through to the Bells Creek suburban development, this would be a good time to consider moving the dump which is not only an eyesore but an unappealing, toxic invasion of our senses.
Friends from Ivadale, Bellvista, Little Mountain and surrounding areas, please sign the petition to lobby the Sunshine Coast Council to move the dump further away from our residential areas and help make the place we live more pleasant - after all many of us have moved from other places to the Coast for a pleasant life - not one where our lungs are filled with the rotting stench of human waste!
