Music Television. Australia. America. Britain. Italy. Germany. Europe. Brazil. Latin America. France. Japan. The Netherlands. The list would and could go on forever, but ovbiously you get the point. New Zealand, in the South Pacific, currently has two major New Zealand made and owned Music TV stations, C4 (which is just about to celebrate it's first birthday) and Juice TV, which has been running for years. Juice TV is definately all about Music, which is great for the music section. C4 focuses slightly on shows created by MTV Networks by playing the 'MTV 30' Monday-Thursday nights at 9:30, but the shows are so much better than that. Although both the stations are great, I really think it's about time New Zealand followed in the footsteps of Europe and Australia, and adopted the name of MTV, on a new cable TV station. Ovbiously this could focus a lot more on great programming such as The Tom Green Show, Wild Boyz, and Jackass, as well as having a lot of music mixed in, to create a great new TV station.
