When terrorists attacked Mumbai, the attack was just not on Mumbai, but on India. Each one of us, irrespective of caste and religion, should stand up and fight against this atrocities.
- Why didnt the Indian Government declare a NATIONAL MOURNING?
- Why was the National Flag not flown half mast?
The six Israelis who died in Mumbai shoot out, were given state funeral service in their country, but no such gesture was shown in our country where hundreds of innocent people died for no fault of theirs.
It is shameful, the way politicians like C.M. of Kerala and C.M and Dy. C.M of Maharashtra reacted with limits to the tragedy.
Aircraft which could carry 200 NSGS was not available at Delhi, where we wasted lot of precious time. This is sheer negligence. Every year 250 crores are spent on security of the politicians but what security our India is getting?
On the day of the attack that is on 26th November, the T.V Channels were entertaining people by showing movies, songs, behaving like Aliens not affected by the ordeal.
This is the crude reality. Politics have made us so selfish, all our emotions have dried up and our feeling for the nation on the whole has died.
Its high time, we need to take a strict stand, and its a shame for our nation, where people are so indifferent to the cruelty. In such a mournful situation the Indian Flag should be hoisted at half mast and declare a national mourning. Wake up Indians! Wake up before its too late. Socially, lawfully and militarily, we should stand shoulder to shoulder and let not any intruder cause mayhem.
Let us make the message loud and clear to the perpetrators of such dastardly acts, that we Indians are not going to tolerate any more of their nuisance.
