Nintendo Fan Game Takedown

To Nintendo of America, and any other country based Nintendo Companies Such as Nintendo of Europe. This petition is in result of the current push to rid of the online fan game community. I can understand where you look from at the legal point of saying that fan games are wrong. But there are a few things that you do not take into aspect when getting rid of these fan games.

You dont understand that the kids out here making these fan games, are yes, just kids. Id say that 75\% of the people making Nintendo based fan games are people between the ages of 11 and 25. These people are people who have sat down and learned C++, and learned how to do graphics design, and use complex programs like PhotoShop to make games based on the games that You make that they love so much. These people dont make these games to sell them to companies or sell them to people to make a couple bucks. They merely make them to make their friends happy, show off some skills, be one of the few people who actually can make games. Most of these guys want to even work for you when they get older.
These people want nothing more but to gain their 15 minuets of internet fame. I feel that the only wrong doing here, is what Nintendo has done to these kids. They just dont whip out some automatic game maker. Some of these kids actually learn languages make their own graphics based on Nintendo graphics. And I think I can say for most of us here, that we fully understand your reasoning behind the graphics copyright issue, but if there was some form of median that Nintendo and the fan game makers could reach.

What if the fan game makers, correctly did the copyright information to Nintendo, much like the fan websites do. Putting all of their information in the correct order, which would be made by Nintendo. Something along the lines of.

My question is mainly would something like this be alright or useable for some form of a median that Nintendo and the fan game people could come between.

So I am here to say to Nintendo, let this fan game thing drop out. There are much more important things to nail people on. Most of these people are innocent in making their games. Yes, I will agree with you some people are probably doing it for profit some where, but Nintendo should be hunting down thoughts people and the people who make Illegally make ROMs.

I am sending this petition to the Company Nintendo, NOA, NOE, and any other Nintendo Country based company that is part of this current fan game takeout. I think that is wrong to not come to some sort of agreement with these kids who create these fan games. I believe that Nintendo should look into coming out with a point in-between that would be fair for fan game makers. Whether Nintendo brings out software people can use to make their own fan games. Or they allow fan game makers to continue non-profit. There should be something in-between for these people to express their creativity and love for Nintendo Games.
