PEDIMOS AL JEFE DE GOBIERNO ING MACRI QUE EN LA CIUDAD DE BUENOS AIRES SE TERMINE ABSOLUTA E INMEDIATAMENTE DE MATAR PERROS Y GATOS - ARGENTINA -

Pedimos que en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires SE TERMINE ABSOLUTA E INMEDIATAMENTE DE MATAR PERROS Y GATOS como metodo para controlar su poblacion, y se implementen Programas de ESTERILIZACIONES MASIVAS, GRATUITAS, EXTENDIDAS Y SOSTENIDAS EN EL TIEMPO.
Realizandolas de manera efectiva, esto es en nъmero tal que se logre un impacto en la poblacion de animales (70 \% de la poblacion estimada, mantener esta Tasa de Impacto por 6 meses, y luego un ritmo constante y permanente del 30 \%). Esto debe ser realizado en las zonas carenciadas del Ciudad para ser efectivo, instalandose PUESTOS PERIFERICOS PERMANENTES DE ESTERILIZACION. De no ser asi, todo intento de control efectivo, fracasa.

Y tambien denunciamos, Sr Jefe de Gobierno, el maltrato que sufren los animales alojados en el Instituto Pasteur, violando la Ley Nacional Penal 14.356 de Proteccion al Animal, y pedimos la separacion de su cargo de Director del Instituto del Veterinario Oscar Lencinas, que a pesar de encontrarse en funciones desde hace 11 aсos y de disponer del dinero de los contribuyentes, no resolvio la problematica, por negligencia o incapacidad, y malverso entonces fondos estatales al no cumplir con las obligaciones del Funcionario Publico y con las Leyes y Ordenanzas vigentes, especificamente la LEY 1.338 QUE LO OBLIGA A REALIZAR ESTERILIZACIONES EN CANTIDAD DE LOGRAR IMPACTO POBLACIONAL.

No queremos mas matanzas ni abusos de animales con fondos publicos.
Queremos mas esterilizaciones gratuitas.

El Pueblo Soberano se lo pide.

We people ask to stop killing dogs and cats as a method to control population, and to set in motion SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAMS, do them properly, having 70\% of estimated population spay/neutered as an impact rate maintained for six months, that will bring results at the short time, then the rate can be lowered at 30\% of the estimated population as a maintaining rate. The program to be successful has to be focused on the poorest city zones. If not the all program flunk.

We also, give you notice about the abuse suffered by the animals hosted at the City Center of Zoonoses, infringing National Law about Animals Rights 14.356, and we also ask for the Centers director dismissal, veterinary Oscar Lencinas, for he has been in charge since 1998 and he neither could or want to resolve the problem of animal overpopulation although he had all the City resources and contributors money at hand and instead he spoilt them uncaring about their responsibilities as public functionary because of negligence or lack of abilities for the commitment and for infringing Law 1.338 that rules animals sterilizations have to be in such number to produce impact on the animals population.
