This petition is for the purpose of requesting that the United States Congress and the United States Senate pass a law forcing the United States Postmaster General and Direct Marketing Association to change their policies which will allow United States citizens to opt in into their mailing list as opposed to opting out. We asked that this be a free charge to anyone one who wishes to participate. We are also asking that any current opt out list that they may have become permanent.
