Petition against unfair Housing policies in Singapore

We want to call to your attention to a very important bread and butter issue that has been on everyone minds and worries, Flats. The ruling party for the last 40 years have legislated policies that put native Singaporeans at disadvantage in housing, especially with the coming of a large influx of foreigners. The home is the basis of a society and if that is out of reach of the average Singaporean citizens then how can we address bigger issues like fertility rate, divorce rates and more.
We hope Singaporeans can sign this petition against 3 HDB policies that is choking the life out of Singaporeans and hampering the personal development of our future generations.
1) Removal of policy of allowing PR to buy housing
Only citizens of Singapore are allowed to buy public housing. No other country in the world allows non-citizens to buy public housing not even PR siblings. If a PR wants to buy an HDB flat, they will have apply for citizenship. No exception will be made even if that PR is married to a Singaporean.
2) Removal of age limits of HDB ownership for single citizens
There should not be a discrimination against citizens who choose to be single. Facts show that most young singles who proclaim their preference to be single mostly know that they ain't ready for marriage yet. But most end up getting married when they get older and more mature. We HAVE to give our youngsters the space to mature into mentally mature, full fledged adults not parasite singles. The ruling party has made this policy in order to force more people to marry; like some irritating elder relative or a forceful matchmaker of ancient times. However this policy actually has done the opposite. It is Nature's way for millions of years; An adult animal leaves his/her parents and find itself a new home before finding a mate. Why should Singaporeans be any different? Letting a young single 20+ years old to buy a flat encourages responsible financial planning, independence and mental maturity in young adults especially in young women who do not have NS obligations. It might actually encourage marriage as the single man/woman eventually realizes he/she is better off sharing a house with a partner. Living alone eventually prepares youngsters for marriage since they are already aware of and experienced in what house-keeping entails. The result - marriages may be more lasting because expectations are more realistic and lead to lesser divorces.
3) Migrant citizens must dispose of their HDB assets with a year of leaving Singapore.
Citizens will have to dispose of their HDB flat within a year from the date they cease to be a citizen of Singapore. HDB will have the right to dispose off that flat in a public auction should the migrant citizen fail to do so. Only citizens are entitled to bid for it. All proceeds of sale expenses will be returned to the former flat owner who is no longer a citizen of Singapore.
