Petition In Favour Of A Devolved Northern England.

We in the Northern England need more freedom and independence from an increasingly centeralised government based in the South. We need the ability to control our own destiny and not have it dictated to us by people who dont understand our unique and beautifull region. We need a our own parlaiment which we prospose to be called The Council Of The North in tribute to our history of self governence over our own former kingdom. We would also like to see our own flag and coat of arms bestowed upon us. North of england should include all towns cities and counties coast to coast and from the scottish boarder down thourgh the penines to include the north east and north west as seen above. We the people of the noth deserve a debate and referendum on our destiny. We the signatories of this petition agree with the notion of A Devolved Northern England.
