Nous, les soussignés, nous opposons totalement à la décision des Élus du Plateau Mont-Royal de fermer la piscine historique Schubert. Cette fermeture aura un impact négatif sur la vie sociale, la santé et la condition physique de milliers de résidents du Plateau. Nous voulons donc que nos enfants continuent à suivre leurs programmes de formation, que nos habitants du quartier puissent toujours apprendre à nager et que les membres des équipes de water-polo et de nage synchronisée poursuivent leurs compétitions au sein de notre piscine, comme cela se fait depuis 22 ans.
We the undersigned strongly oppose the closing of the historic Schubert Pool by the elected officials from the Arrondissement Plateau Mont-Royal. This decision will have a negative impact on the lives of thousands of local citizens - children and adults - who use the Schubert Pool to keep active and learn how to swim. This also deeply affects members of children/teen water-polo and synchronized swim teams, which have been practiced and played at the Schubert Pool for the past 22 years.
