Prevent the sale of tampons to underage persons

There is a new societal epademic sweeping our fair nation. Teenagers everywhere are buying tampons at the local grocer, walmart and drug store then skipping over to the liquor store to buy themselves a bottle of booze! This seems harmless, but it isn't. It is sinister... these youth are soaking the tampons in the booze and shoving them in their nether regions to get drunk faster and stronger. We must protect the children!
