Protect the police, so they can protect us

We propose- following the riots of the last few nights- that any attack on police officers or police property, be subject to a mandatory death penalty (i.e. with NO discretion for the trial judge). Police do a very worthy job, but have had their hands tied by a culture of political correctness, abhorent human rights legislation that protects only terrorists and criminals, and a constant running down of their good worth by leftist media. This needs reversing to enable them to go out and do their job without having to be constantly looking over their shoulders. In conjuction with this we support any withdrawal from the Human Rights Act, European court, or whatever else may be necessary in order to enact the necessary legislation
