Recognition of Fourthmeal

We the undersigned, do hereby challenge the traditionally held notion that there be only three meals per day. We propose that a late night, Fourthmeal be added to fill the void between dinner and breakfast. This meal will consist of the four exciting food groups found at Taco Bell late night: the grilled group, the spicy group, the melty group, and the crunchy group.

We believe that by establishing Fourthmeal as a genuine dining opportunity and by adhering to the strict principle that Fourthmeal consist solely of the four exciting late night food groups (as noted above), we will successfully give people what they crave late night. Furthermore, we believe that the recognition of Fourthmeal will serve as a wake up call to citizens everywhere encouraging them to get out and spice up their nights.
