Properties in Ajman

I am one of the investor with Avanti holdings who commenced their marketing with Road shows in malls in Ajman, sharjah etc, They promised many things on buy back ,Re-sales etc , however after their insisting for payment for 30\% of the project value,did pay them this amount and wanted a Re-sale on the project which was supposed to have finished by now i.e. 2010.

Now they are no where to answer my mails or phone calls.

My money is stuck ,which is not easy to mention as it was sweat and blood for earning each dirham that makes me feel it was total in justice not to get even a dirham back for a project ,which is going no where and not a stone laid.

I want my money back and even properties in Dubai are priced less than the proposed prices of this property.

Are there more people in this and want to sign along with me to get the money back.
