Reinstatement of Attorney John Moore

The Following Citizens and organizations join together in calling for the District Attorney of Erie to reinstate Chief Deputy District Attorney John Moore. The undersigned are outraged by the unfair treatment of Attorney Moore in the call for his resignation. Everyone familiar with the case, including many judges and attorneys, in Erie County knows that Moore’s actions in reporting his prior professional involvement with Trieber in an unrelated case of Divorce and Custody were correct and appropriate. We will not stand by and allow Attorney Moore to become a scapegoat to cover mistakes made by other public officials. We call for Attorney Moore’s immediate reinstatement as Chief Deputy District Attorney.
