We, the undersigned, residents and property owners of New Kent County, in support of this petition, request the New Kent County Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors reject the PUD application from Dominion Land Ventures, LLC. This application, if approved, would violate the adjusted and harmonious development of the area and negatively impact the health, safety, morals, order, convenience, prosperity and general welfare of the inhabitants.
