America is in Peril: A New Declaration!
America is in peril. We are in peril from within the confines of our own unawareness of the presiding and overwhelming facts. The fact that We the People, of These United States, have allowed a totalitarian, theocratic dictator, George Walker Bush, to criminally, illegally and unconstitutionally hijack our country and its highest office, desecrate our Constitution and the Declaration of Independence at their most basic and indisputable purposes, is inconceivable and intolerable .
These doctrines were written and adopted as the supreme law of the land and as such that; no one can deny you life, liberty or the pursuit of happiness without due process. These are your unalienable, constitutionally protected rights. The Constitution of the United States clearly outlines the activities, that We the People have granted privilege to the government, that we elect to embody us, and to implement on our behalf. The government is preordained to be for the people, of the people and by the people to secure these rights and the government obtains its powers from the permission of the people.
Now, we have a traitorous imposter, George Walker Bush, occupying the highest elected office in the land, serving only the rich at the expense of the middle class and poor. This is so glaringly exhibited in New Orleans and all those that suffered needlessly in the grisly devastation of hurricane Katrina. The lack of response time, preparation, cutting of funds to secure the levees and programs such as FEMA, complete disregard of human life; evident by the days that past before appropriate and sufficient help began to arrived. Even more glaring was the absence of our President for several days, who had sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution, to preserve and protect our rights to life and liberty. He has unswervingly demonstrated his total lack of compassion and desire to serve the common welfare and the good of the people he swore to defend.
These most recent and heinous acts, coupled with the mountain of lies that have been told by George Walker Bush and his entire administration, the illegal, preemptive war in Iraq over control of oil fields and not the defense of our nation, the reduction of and elimination of necessary and binding governmental programs for the people, the now tens of thousands of senseless deaths, within our homeland and in Iraq, unwaveringly speaks of the irrefutable dereliction of duty, as President of the United States, he has committed.
The office of the presidency, at its highest form, is to uphold and to faithfully preserve, protect and defend the irrevocable rights of the people that elected him to that office. George Walker Bush has not only failed to defend and preserve these rights, but has used and construed the Constitution perversely to exhort, oppress, embezzle and shamelessly lie to the American citizens, its elected Congress and Senate and the world, for all to see.
We, as a nation, as a people, have rights under the supreme laws of our land, to abolish and institute a new government, if the current government is destructive or corrupt and has failed the people it has garnered privilege to, in representation and defense of our rights and our nation.
To these unquestionable truths, whereas we submit that, George Walker Bush is criminally negligent in these treacherous acts against these United States, its people and the country of Iraq. He has failed to execute the office of the Presidency faithfully, committed treason by lying and bringing unnecessary war to bear on our country, failed to adequately preserve the lives and liberty of those thrust into war and those devastated by hurricane Katrina in the gulf coast States of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. He has passed unconstitutional acts, such as the Patriot Act that impedes the civil liberties granted by the United States of American and deliberately, with malice and prejudice, colluded to create an imperialist regime, to overthrow sovereign nations under false pretenses, all in a coordinated, coerced effort to monopolize the world wide oil industry for personal and preferential gain.
It is therefore, without reservation, that We the People of these United States seeking redresses shall request and demand that George Walker Bush, by the above stated unfathomable grievances and actions, warrants impeachment, trial and removal from office of the President of these United States of America.
