Repeal Florida as a NO Fault State

I am trying to get Florida as a "No Fault" state to be repealed. Binding us to only get what the insurance company feels is fair actually hurts us as a consumer. We feed insurance companies all our money and when we need the money back they become very greedy. We can not sue anyone because of the people that abuse the system that is there to protect us. I am asking that we no longer are a no fault state and that we just make laws to protect people from frivolous law suits. Well hopefully this will get some good response and the right people will get this and get the message.
