Replace freight lorries with trains!

The roads in the UK are becoming very dangerous with an increase in freight lorries that insist on overtaking each other at only a couple of mph more. Freight needs transporting so I think we should make it more beneficial for freight to be transported by trains, as this helps support the existing rail networks already in place throughout the UK, as well as diminishing the number of lorries on our roads.
