Request for Microsoft to release the code for CFS2

This is an attempt at getting Microsoft to release the code for Combat Flight Simulator 2, so that 3rd party designers may continue the work that Microsoft Game Studios was not allowed to continue, in interest of time and the cheap being that MS is.
