Request to Unban Latsy from deviantART

This petition is put out to the administrators of deviantART regarding the ban of Krystal (last name withheld), or more commonly known as latsy.
The undersigned of this petition ask you, admins, to seriously consider the unbanning of latsy. The reason she was banned can be considered quite petty and not seriously a threat at all. Sure, she had made a second account earlier, prior to banning (unlike what was said in response to her ban inquiry), but she has several times sincerely sworn to me (Cassidy Rae H. , creator of this petition [kolkhoznik/formerly despaired-rainbow @ dA) that if she were to be able to use deviantART again, she would just stop bothering with those who had blocked her. latsy is not saying these things just to be unbanned, they are indeed sincere and true.
latsy also wishes to be able to use deviantART again to improve her art skills. She knows she's not excellent yet and wishes to recieve critique from the community to help her out, as she's only a beginner in the field of art. There are a lot of people who followed latsy and wished to help her out on her journey in the arts. We sincerely ask of you to unban her. So many people loved latsy and miss her on deviantART dearly.
