The request that there be a retrial of christopher mcgowen in a different jurisdiction then Barnstable. The case was littered with police corruption, over-zealous district attorneys and more circumstantial evidence than any case ever seen. Police officers lie, they lie to get a conviction it doesn't matter if someones innocent or if someone is guilty, All it matters is a notch on ADA Welsh's belt.

The jury was deadlocked, the Jury wanted to just get back to their lives!!!!!! Asoon as they were sequestered they decided to convict out of frustration!!!! Anyone know what the Acquittal/Guilty ratio was at the deadlock? From what I head Huffman was infavor of guilt... so what changed the jury?
