Please cease coaching at Cornell University because reasonably you have no chance of ever winning an NCAA championship.

I have no idea what your goals are as a coach, how well you recruit, what your training regimen is, how much you have improved your team since taking the position, or your relationship with your runners, but you did not win the NCAA championships in Cross Country, Indoor Track, or Outdoor Track, nor were you even remotely close, thus your inability to do so renders you a failure.

Please forfeit all monetary compensation earned thus far from your employer as it has failed to increase the number of NCAA Championships by even 1 in total.

All earnings will be donated to Louis Luchini, who has contributed to two NCAA Championship victories (2002, 2003) and is faster.

Mr. Luchini is in position to qualify for his first U.S. Olympic squad if he achieves the 'A' Standard (13:21.50) in the 5000 meters.
Your fiscal donation will surely aid Mr. Luchini in his efforts. If he does fall short of the mark, Mr. Luchini can dry his tears with your rent money.
