Ruakaka/Waipu Horse riding tracks

Department of Conservation have blocked access to several entrances into the Ruakaka Pipeline track. They are not allowing dogs to be walked down there or horses to be ridden on the tracks.
If you have ever ridden the pipeline track, you will know that it is a great ride and good exercise regime for your equine friend as well as a nice quiet ride just off the beach or to make your way to the beach.
Whether you ride this track or not, I am wanting signatures of those who believe that DOC land should be of use to the public as long as those using it do not abuse it!
