SAVE ABERDEEN MUSLIM COMMUNITY PETITION

To: OSCR (Office of Scottish Charities Regulator)
We the undersigned members of Aberdeen Muslim Community and the Islamic Association of Aberdeen and North East of Scotland*, we:
. Do not accept the dissolution of the Islamic Association of Aberdeen and North East of Scotland and would not accept the transfer of assets to another organisation.
. Will strive for the Unity of the whole Muslim Community of Aberdeen under the official name "Islamic Association of Aberdeen and North East of Scotland" that was registered in 1998.
. Will support the consultation process and the resolutions that were decided on the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Aberdeen Mosque on 24th March at the Liknsfield Community Centre and support the move to adopt a new constitution approved by OSCR.
