The Sheffield NHS PCT has decided "in principle" to withdraw funding to Birch Avenue and Woodland View nursing homes, Sheffield. The closure will affect the lives of 100 residents with complex mental health issues Alzheimers, dementia and many livelihoods. These are excellent facillities providing a high standard of care through specially qualified staff.
We need to act now to stop the cuts from the NHS PCT to withdraw funding and save the closure of Birch Avenue and Woodland View nursing homes in Sheffield. It would be great if you could sign this petition and help save the residents of both these homes
