Save Runyon Canyon from Development

This petition makes clear to the L.A. City Council, the Parks and Recreation Department and the Department of Transportation that the citizens of Los Angeles are against the building of a parking lot inside Runyon Canyon Park, which would destroy treasured and already limited park land and will add to park congestion, pollution and defacement. Further, this petition protests the closing of streets surrounding Runyon Canyon, making these streets "No Parking", or "Permit Parking Only", thus restricting citizen access to a public park.
